Birdlife is a major attraction in the Wadden Sea. You may know "Black Sun" - a spectacular sight where gigantic groups of starlings adorn the sky over the Wadden Sea with their incredible spring and autumn dance. You can also go exploring in the historic and atmospheric market town, Tønder, which offers a large and varied selection of shops and cultural experiences.

Tønder Camping

2-star campsite.
80 cozy pitches separated by hedges.
Possibility of electricity at all places.
Four simple camping cabins (2 x 4-person cabins and 2 x 2-person cabins).
The campsite has existed for many years, and work is constantly being done on renewal and improvements.
We make a virtue of it being clean, neat and inviting.

There is ample opportunity for physical activity in our sports center and swimming pool.
It is possible to rent badminton courts, paddle tennis, play table tennis etc. Ask at the reception for the desired activity and opportunity.
If you want to go to the swimming pool, you can buy a ticket for DKK 25 per person. child or DKK 45 per adult.
You are offered free Wi-Fi throughout your stay.
The area offers opportunities for exciting experiences, sights and fantastic nature.
Only a 5-minute walk to Tønder square and pedestrian street, where a large and varied selection of shops awaits.
Only 5 km. from the Danish/German border and the border shops in Süder Lügum or Aventoft.
